Description

Belfast City Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators ‘Bidders’ for the development and delivery of Events as part of the St Patrick’s Celebrations. The tender is divided into four (4) Lots outlined below: Lot 1 – Provision of a Carnival Parade / Pageant Lot 2 – A City Centre Weekend Music Programme Lot 3 – A City Wide Musical Showcase Lot 4 – Open Call for New Non-Musical Proposals

Lot Division

1 Provision of a Carnival Parade / Pageant

Belfast City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor for the development and delivery of Events as part of the St Patrick’s Celebrations, Lot 1 – Provision of a Carnival Parade / Pageant. Additional information: Minimum value range of GBP 95 000.00 to a maximum range of GBP 285 000.00 which has been calculated based on a 1 year contract through to a maximum 3 year contract.
2 A City Centre Weekend Music Programme

Belfast City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor for the development and delivery of Events as part of the St Patrick’s Celebrations, Lot 2 – A City Centre Weekend Music Programme. Additional information: Minimum value range of GBP 70 000.00 to a maximum range of GBP 210 000.00 which has been calculated based on a 1 year contract through to a maximum 3 year contract.
3 A City Wide Musical Showcase

Belfast City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor for the development and delivery of Events as part of the St Patrick’s Celebrations, Lot 3 – A City Wide Musical Showcase. Additional information: Minimum value range of GBP 50 000.00 to a maximum range of GBP 150 000.00 which has been calculated based on a 1 year contract through to a maximum 3 year contract.
4 Open Call for New Non-Musical Proposals

Belfast City Council wishes to appoint a Contractor for the development and delivery of Events as part of the St Patrick’s Celebrations, Lot 4 – Open Call for New Non-Musical Proposals. Additional information: Minimum value range of GBP 50 000.00 to a maximum range of GBP 150 000.00 which has been calculated based on a 1 year contract through to a maximum 3 year contract.

Renewal Options

The Contract shall be for the period of 1 year with the option to renew on an annual basis for a further two years (up to 24 months).
