Description

The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trustee Limited acting as trustee of the Armed Forces Covenant Fund ("the Trust") is conducting a procurement for an evaluation of the Reducing Veteran Homelessness Programme. Total Quantity or Scope

The Trust is delivering the Reducing Veteran Homelessness Programme on behalf of the Office for Veterans' Affairs (OVA) and has awarded a number of major grants to tackle the issue of veterans experiencing homelessness (the "Programme"). The Contractor shall carry out an in-depth evaluation of the Programme which shall include elements of an impact assessment, process evaluation and economic evaluation.
