Description

We want to engage with the market in a proposed large scale mobility hub and clean refuelling site at Megaloughton Lane, Derby. This document sets out our own initial ambitions for the site, but we are open to the exploration of additional ideas. We are seeking a delivery partner or partners with sufficient capital and expertise to help us collaboratively realise the project. We would like to hear from participants in the following sectors: • Clean fuel / hydrogen suppliers/producers • Finance providers • Technical providers • Potential off-takers (demand)

The Pre-Procurement Market Engagement documents are available from the 02/08/2023 until the 27/09/2023 (the deadline for responses is 12 Noon 27/09/2023 via https://www.eastmidstenders.org. The Council will consider the input and responses received as part of the PPME to help inform the Council's options and further decision making. Should the Council decide to progress with a formal procurement process a Contract Notice will be published. Following publication of the Contract Notice, the Invitation to tender documents will be available via https://www.eastmidstenders.org.
