Description

We are seeking quotes for the redevelopment of our sports pavilion. This will involve the following elements: 1. Build an extension to the existing building on the space between the existing building and the car park. 2. Create one large function area by removing the wall between the existing building and the extension. 3. Convert the existing toilet/changing room area into a wheelchair accessible toilet & one other toilet. Build a foyer in front of the toilet doors. 4. In one of the external toilets fit an air source 'air to air' heating system & hot water tank for the showers. Make associated changes to existing plumbing/electrical installations and fit loft insulation. . 5. Repair the other external toilet. 6. Convert the cricket scoreboard hut into a refs' changing room with shower & toilet. 7. Replace any window that is not double glazed/UPVC 8. Replace all fascias & soffits. 9. Replace gutters and downpipes 10. Fit eave trays along front & back of building. 11. Build a car park to the rear of the pavilion. The last page of the Invitaion to Tender includes a supplier submission checklist. Section 4 of the invitation to tender document is a project timetable.
