Description

The Authority are looking to set up a nonexclusive framework for the provision of an at home glucose tolerance testing solution which will consist of the test, administration of supply to the end user of the test, collection of the results and the provision of the data back to the trust. The resulting framework will allow NHS organisations to contract a supplier to: • Provide the test • Manage the distribution of the test on behalf of the trust, including confirming with the maternity team that the lady still requires the test • Collate the results • Deliver the results back to the maternity team • Manage any ladies that have not completed the test and use escalation routes agreed with the maternity team for these ladies • Manage any questions from ladies that are raised

Renewal Options

The framework will be able to be renewed for a further 2 x 12 months (total of 48 months
