This is a market testing exercise. L&Q wishes to engage with the market for feedback on solutions to deliver a catering provision from our head office in Stratford, London. L&Q is seeking solutions that can provide the following,• A model that represents value for money.• Seasonal and sustainable produce that will be reasonably priced and appeal to all dietary requirements.• Opportunities to increase L&Q colleagues' use of the catering service and support corporate wellbeing strategies.• Innovation to reduce waste and support our environmental and sustainability goals.

Total Quantity or Scope

L&Q’s Corporate Facilities department has responsibility for providing great working environments to our people. Since introducing agile working around 150 to 200 of our people will work from Monday to Friday at our head office in Stratford, London. We believe our office facilities should support our people to be their best at work and this includes being able to access a high-quality, vibrant, and nutritious on-site catering provision. … L&Q wishes to engage with the market for feedback on solutions to deliver a catering provision from our head office. … Interested parties will be invited to participate in this market testing by completing a questionnaire.Parties interested in this market testing exercise are invited to register their interest by email to, Jo Summers JSummers@lqgroup.org.uk No later than 14:00 on Wednesday 23/08/2023.A link to the market testing questionnaire will be provided by email. Responses to this notice and the questionnaire may be used to inform L&Q’s strategy for procuring services; L&Q may contact responding interested parties directly to discuss or clarify their response.L&Q reserves the right to amend what is set out in the market testing. Any procurement process that may be conducted subsequently to this market testing will only be in accordance with the procurement documents that are published.Participation or non-participation in this market testing shall not prevent any interested party from participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the engagement shall place any interested party at an advantage in a potential procurement process.Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response, failure to respond to the market testing, or failure to participate in any follow-up activities that may be arranged at the absolute discretion of L&Q.
