Brief Description of Requirement The aim of this procurement will be to procure professional services to support the ITP Culture workstream, specifically ensuring that they support our Culture Lead and work collaboratively with other ITP project managers to identify areas where improvements to our ways of working are required.

The successful supplier will work with the UKSA ITP Culture team as well as relevant stakeholders within the Agency more widely. This follows on from work begun in June/July 2023, where design principles were developed, several workshops were run to understand the current culture and put in place a number of interventions. A culture forward plan is in place and, working with HR, a behaviours charter has been developed. Work has begun with our Senior Leadership Team to look at the Agency's Values and the behaviours needed to underpin these. These products will be shared with the successful supplier. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement.
