Description

Extra Care is a form of housing provision designed to offer a safe, private and secure environment where residents with eligible needs can access an on-site domiciliary care service. Service Users live in self-contained apartments but are able to access and enjoy a range of communal facilities that are present in the wider housing scheme. The combination of specialist accommodation and care means Service Users are enabled to live independently and retain control of their lives. This Contract is intended to secure a high-quality domiciliary care provider for the delivery of care and support services for Service Users residing at Hazel Court (hereafter referred to as “the Service”).
