Description

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is currently developing their service specifications and contracting process for the Provision of Primary Care Medical Services at Thornton Road/Valley Park and at New Addington. The SWL ICB is seeking to appoint a provider/s of primary medical care services for the patient list registered currently with the Thornton Road and Valley Park General Practice services in Croydon as well as the patient list registered currently with the New Addington Group Practice in Croydon. Thornton Road and Valley Park practice sites operate in the North of Croydon and are part of the Mayday South Primary Care Network. New Addington Group Practice is a GP practice operating in the South of Croydon as part of the Mayday South Primary Care Network, from one main site at Parkway Health Centre and a branch practice at Fieldway Health Centre, New Addington The current contractor at each location provides essential and additional GP services and holds an APMS contract with the ICB. This market engagement exercise seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the Service. This exercise and any subsequent responses are in no way legally binding on any party.
