Description

NHS GG&C require a Board-wide framework agreement for Pipework Maintenance and Repairs. The suppliers awarded onto the contract will provide maintenance and repairs in respect of planned and reactive works. The key services being sought are planned works, routine maintenance works, unplanned reactive works and in some cases emergency call outs 24/7 365 days of the year. From time to time and in spite of the controls in place to prevent them, emergency repairs or maintenance works may need to be carried out on a regular basis.
