Framework for Electrical Installation Condition Surveys & Repairs EICR This framework is intended for use by South Tyneside Homes, South Tyneside Council South Tyneside Homes and South Tyneside Council wish to establish a framework agreement for Electrical Installation Condition Surveys. STH & STC Reserve the right to award each lot to separate contractors.
