Our operatives and engineers work in the North, South, East and West of the City of Nottingham, so it is essential that they have easy access to materials as locally as possible to complete all planned maintenance or responsive repairs. These materials need to be available at the right time to provide efficiency of time for engineers and a first time fix for tenants. Suppliers should be capable of supplying products and services at competitive prices, demonstrating reliability to deliver on commitments and working for the long term on the basis of continuous improvement and innovation. The contract term is one year with the option to extend by a further one year.
