Description
Refurbishment of an existing building to create a re-use Hub that operates as a social enterprise space with Café and office provision.
Total Quantity or Scope
The project comprises stripping back existing unit and fabric repair and full fitout of multi purpose space providing retail, office, workshop, cafe and flexible working areas, including for all services and all associated works to external areas such as provision of hard landscaping, disabled car parking spaces and bike shelters and bin stores.
