Renewal Options

The initial period is 09/03/2020 to 08/03/2023 with 2 x 12 month options to extend - therefore options may be taken up for the period 09/03/2023 to 08/03/2024 and 09/03/2024 to 08/03/2025. The options will be exercised at the discretion of the County Council and the Council reserves the right to further extend the LTR DPS in line with Public Contract Regulations.
