In scope of this tender we intend to identify and contract two vendors contracted Suppliers for carrying event management and accommodation services for both entities; British Council Turkey and British Council Eğitim Hizmetleri Limited ŞtiWith broad range of activity areas, the British Council employees and partners are using event and visitor hosting services frequently for our work in Turkey. Total Quantity or Scope

The British Council Turkey intends to enter into a Contract for provision of support for the services of event management, accommodation and venue booking services in Istanbul, Ankara and other cities across Turkey, as well as accommodation booking support in the UK.

Renewal Options

The Contract awarded will be for a duration of 2 (two) years with an option with an option for an extension for up to an additional two (2) years (1+1), subject to agreement by both parties.
