Description

1 year extension to original framework agreement to 31st October 2024 as provisioned for within the original framework agreement and associated tender documentation. Change detection (i.e., what has changed on the ground over a period of time – examples include growth of villages, towns, Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps, damage to locations, etc.). Change detection via manual image interpretation and also through the use of automated image analysis tools as appropriate.
