Description

The East Midlands Pharmacy Collaborative (EMPC) as the Authority wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for the Supply of Balanced Salt Products for use in Ophthalmic Surgery as defined in the Specification.

Total Quantity or Scope

The purpose of this tender is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the supply of Balanced Salt Solution for use in Ophthalmic Surgery to the participating Trusts. The contract will be for: • Balanced Salt Solution in glass bottles • Balanced Salt Solution in plastic containers • Balanced Salt Solution in bags • Balanced Salt Solution in eye drop form • Balanced Salt Solution irrigation solution Current Acute Membership is listed below but is subject to change throughout the life of any resulting contract. This is a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the EMPC and the Supplier's agreement.
