Market TestBMSDC are approaching the market in order to see if there is interest from suppliers for Managing operator at South Suffolk Business Centre.We are looking to build a tender model and we are seeking expression's of interest from suppliers.The South Suffolk Business Centre is a business centre situated in Sudbury.We are looking to propose in the future tender al 2 year contract with the option of 3 year contract extensions.Business Centre owned by the Council.The Council pay the Management Company an amount of £50,000.00 + VAT (s/t CPI increases) to cover the landlords’ responsibilities – these include collect the rents from the tenants, and the service charge and carry out the maintenance.The Requirements of the operator for South Suffolk Business Centre are To strengthen small business and encourage new businesses, helping develop economic activity within the area and diversify the local economy by providing independent, confidential, impartial business
