Description
Equine anthelmintics: a qualitative investigation into attitudes, beliefs, and practices on the use of equine anthelmintics in the United Kingdom. An investigative study to augment the current limited understanding of horse owner attitudes and behaviours when considering equine anthelmintic usage.
Total Quantity or Scope
Equine Anthelmintics: An investigative study to augment the current limited understanding of horse owner attitudes and behaviours when considering equine anthelmintic usage, using the Research and development framework. Anthelmintics are drugs used to paralyse or kill parasitic worms in their mammalian hosts. Resistance to anthelmintics has critical health, welfare, and husbandry consequences. Therefore, there is a critical need for action to maintain the efficacy our current anthelmintics by slowing the development and spread of anthelmintic resistance.
