You are invited to attend to gain information regarding Swansea Council’s aim to procure high-quality, qualified therapeutic and assessment services to create a framework of accredited providers for Swansea Child and Family Services.

Total Quantity or Scope

All suppliers that pass all the minimum thresholds set out in the Invitation to Tender will be appointed on to the framework, however the Council makes no guarantee of work. The face to face meeting will be held at the Reception Room of the Brangwyn Suite, Guildhall, Swansea, SA1 4PE on Tuesday 17th October between 6pm and 8pm. The online event will be delivered via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 18th October between 10 am and 12 noon. We recommend that you join via a laptop/desktop so that it will be easier for you to type and use chat functionality. Please note you will not be required to attend both events as Swansea Council will be covering the same items during both sessions. The purpose of these events is to: To provide more information about our commissioning model To provide a timeframe and the next steps. To provide a platform for questions and answers. Business Wales will attend both events to provide support and guidance on all aspects of the tendering process. Suppliers can request additional assistance either on a one-to-one basis or as part of group free of charge. Managers from Business Wales will be available once the tender is live to support suppliers through the tender process this will include assistance with registering on Sell2Wales and using eTenderWales.
