Considering that the main bottleneck for medicines registration in these three Andean countries is their National Regulatory Agencies' inefficiencies and lack of alignment to international good regulatory practices, the DBT team's purpose is to hire a consultancy to work with these three agencies, identifying their main struggles, recommending the best regulatory practices that could be implemented with the same resources they currently have, and providing them with recommendations and guidance on how to do it.
