Description

Swindon Borough Council are looking to appoint a contractor/contractors that can help us deliver circa 350 gas central heating installs per year over a 5 years contract. This also includes up to 30 ad-hoc referrals per year from our in-house DLO for new installations following uneconomical repair reports. The benefit of this soft market testing is to gain intelligence to enable us to make a decision on the most beneficial route forward for Swindon Boroough Council.
