Description

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Understanding my Autism and ADHDFurther information in regards to this opportunity can be found in II.2.4 and VI.3 below. Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to "express interest" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on the 3rd November 2023Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted by the system. The estimated total value of all of the Contracts is stated in II.1.5 of this notice and is for initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extension. Please refer to Schedule 1 (Specification) contained within the Framework Agreement.Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Understanding my Autism and ADHDHertfordshire County Council seeks to put in place a framework of providers for Autism and/or ADHD support for Children and Young People (CYP) between 7-16 years old to understand their diagnoses; to enable Hertfordshire to have a flexible model in place that can respond to potential changes in levels of need and/or funding availability in future years. This contract is a pilot and will be designed to test out a variety of offers to help CYP understand their diagnoses. HCC are inviting providers to bid to be on the Understanding my Autism and ADHD framework which is split into 2 lots based on two levels of need. Providers will co-ordinate, delivery and evaluation outcomes for various offers for CYP to understand their own diagnosis. The services advertised in this notice fall under the services listed in Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and the contracting authority is not obliged to follow The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 in full. The procurement process that will apply to the services is specified in the procurement documents accordingly. Please note that the Framework requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands. There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant Framework Agreement and the Council will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the established Framework Agreement.
