NHS Arden GEM CSU on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board (the Contracting Authority) isinviting suitable organisations to tender for the provision of APMS Services at Summerfield Group Practice, Winson Green, Birmingham.The practice is located in Summerfield Primary Care Centre, 134 Heath Street, Winson Green, Birmingham B18 7AL.The premises are currently managed by Community Health Partnerships (LIFT building).The practice is a member of the i3 Primary Care Network.Core hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.30pm.Extended access is provided across all the practices within the i3 Ladywood Primary Care Network.Current List Sizes are: Raw List Size 8694 (01.04.23)Weighted List Size 8212 (01.04.23)The Contract Start Date is 1 April 2024 and will be for a period of 9 years (7 years with an option to extend for a maximum of 2 years).Organisations wishing to submit a bid will need to register on the Arden GEM ProcurementPortal (Atamis) website and complete the ITT documentation at the following location:https://health-family.force.com/s/WelcomeThe ITT documentation should be completed by the closing date of 3 p.m. on 27 October 2023.
