Swansea Bay University Health Board (“SBUHB”) is conducting a procurement exercise under the restricted procedure (as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) (“PCR”) to award two multi-supplier framework agreements (“Contractor Frameworks”) for the provision of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors for the Engineering needs of the SBUHB. SBUHB has a wide range of hospital services and has three major hospitals: Morriston and Singleton Hospital (Swansea) and Neath Port Talbot Hospital (Baglan). The Framework Agreement will cover the following: Lot 1 – Electrical Engineers This lot will comprise of three value brackets and will cover the provisions of works up to the total value of 2,000,000 GBP in the Swansea Bay Region. Lot 1A (L1A) Will cover the provision of works up to the value of 199,999 GBP across the Swansea Bay region. Lot 1B (L1B) Will cover the provision of works between 200,000 GBP - 999,999 GBP across the Swansea Bay region. Lot 1C (L1C) Will cover the provision of works between 1,000,000 GBP- 2,000,000 GBP across the Swansea Bay region. Lot 2 – Mechanical Engineers Lot 1A (L1A) Will cover the provision of works up to the value of 199,999 GBP across the Swansea Bay region. Lot 1B (L1B) Will cover the provision of works between 200,000 GBP - 999,999 GBP across the Swansea Bay region. Lot 1C (L1C) Will cover the provision of works between 1,000,000 GBP- 2,000,000 GBP across the Swansea Bay region Bidding organisations may express interest in relation to Lot 1 and Lot 2. Estimated Total Value: 1.25M per year over a 3 year term with an option to extend a duration of 12 months (3 year +1)
