Description
Places for People Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a three (3) year term with the ability to extend the contract period by a further two (2) one (1) year periods at the Client’s sole discretion. Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services as defined by the CPV codes set out in the Contract Notice.

Legal Justification
Places for People recognises the considerable investment in infrastructure, equipment and people, process and systems required to create and manage the expert, local and responsive supply chains to operate this framework. An initial term of 36 months will only be extended by up to 24 months in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the procurement documentation.
