Description

Trinity House are looking for a supplier of printed circuit boards to be used within it’s capacity of maintaining aids to navigation. The circuit boards must be in line with Trinity House requirements, and schematic layout drawings will be provided with any orders. This tender also requires electronic file design and creation. All manufacturing orders will need to be tested and certified by the successful tenderer. The successful tenderer will be expected to recommend improvements to printer board designs where applicable.

Renewal Options

This contract will last for 3 years with the option of 1 x 12 month extension

Award Criteria

Evidence of ability and comparable experience to build printed circuit boards to all aspects listed in Trinity House Specification S075 30.0
Evidence of ability and experience to create, update and modify drawings and electronic files 20.0
Acceptance of Trinity House Terms & Conditions as specified in Annex 1 10.0
Quality and relevance of supporting information - including Environmental, Health and Safety policies, ISO accreditations. This should include evidence of any associated standards 10.0
Social Values Theme: Tackling economic inequality 10.0
Financial Proposal - including costs detailed in Appendix D Cost Schedule of the Invitation to Tender and any annual pricing variations/proposed methodology 20.0
