Description

This Contract Notice is to inform the market of a formal call for competition, to re-open the existing Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) Learning Disabilities and Autism Supported Living Care services Framework. The ICB has a requirement for an increased number of service providers to support greater capacity to meet the needs of individuals whilst ensuring minimum quality standards. The ICB is seeking responses to an Invitation to Tender (ITT), from providers, in addition to those already contracted to provide supported living care.

Total Quantity or Scope

This re-opening of the procurement process will replicate the original procurement process and is for new potential providers only. Currently contracted providers do not need to take any action. Contracts awarded as a result of this re-opening of the procurement process will be on the same terms and conditions as the current contracts. The Commissioners wish to contract with up to 9 new providers, who are qualified to deliver the service specification and have tendered acceptable price rate cards, to maximise capacity in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight region. This tender relates to the care and support element only and not the provision of housing or accommodation. Care packages are required for people with learning disabilities and autism currently living in the community or at the planning stages for those who will be living, in the near future, in their own self-contained accommodation as tenants.
