The Department has contracted the supplier to develop an overarching standard which will allow warranty and assurance businesses, and insurance and lending providers, to have a benchmark of measurable requirements against a common good practice Publicly Available Specification (PAS) standard. The PAS should benefit designers, manufacturers and installers/developers adopting Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). The contract has now been expanded to enable the Supplier to manage additional Advisory Group meetings.
