Other Information
As per the Industry Briefing Note that was released alongside the previous PIN on 01 Sep 2023 (https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/025791-2023), MOD is now confirming plans for two separate Industry Events in the coming weeks. One event on Friday Oct 20th, 2023, and another on Friday Nov 10th, 2023. Suppliers who responded to the previous PIN will be contacted directly by MOD about these Events. The two Events will cover the same information about the DEW Programme, Procurement Strategy and Timeframes. Separate events have been arranged to enable maximum participation. Interested Suppliers may attend both events if they wish. If you are interested in attending either Event, please email Andrew.Thompson513@mod.gov.uk to secure your place. Places for both events are limited to two (2) Attendees per Company. Companies with multiple Legal Entities are permitted to have two Attendees per Entity. The publication of this PIN and the two upcoming Industry Events do NOT form part of any competitive procedure, nor do they constitute the launch of a procurement exercise. Responses to this PIN and/or attendance at either Event are not mandated to secure participation in any procurement exercise at a later date. The Contracting Authority intends to use an e-Tendering system in this procurement exercise, please visit www.contracts.mod.uk for full details and to register your interest in this procurement.
