Description
The Bolton Arch was built in the early 19th century as the entrance to the Hackwood Estate and is now the entrance to the Crabtree Plantation recreational parkland area. The Holy Ghost chapel was built in 1280 with all that remains being part of the west wall with the chapel of the Holy Trinity being added in the original building in 1525 with tower and window arches still existing today. \r \r Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable and experienced contractor to repair these grade II listed ruins and monuments, namely the Bolton Arch and Lodges and the Chapel of the Holy Trinity and Holy Ghost ruins both sites are in the borough of Basingstoke. \r
