Description

Rochdale Council are looking to develop a Framework Agreement for Delivery of Highway Related capital and revenue works to provide a streamlined process whereby all contractual approvals are in place. For Rochdale Council the expectation is that a 4 year contract will be formed. The top 5 scoring applicants for each works LOT will become party to the framework in line with the conditions in the Framework Agreement. The council will enter into contract with a maximum of 5 bidders in each LOT, this number may be less depending on number of successful bids received The LOTs for each authority, including estimated annual value of these contracts, are detailed below.
