Northern plays a vital role in the north of England by connecting tens of thousands of people to work, leisure, education and more every day. The Supplier shall provide the core requirements which shall include but not be limited to: ● Telephone Support Service for Managers ● Online Portal. ● Publicity and Promotion. ● Management Referrals ● Attendance Management Advice ● Attendance Management Reports. ● Case Conferences. ● Ill Health Retirement. ● Pre-Employment medicals ● Surveillance Services, including support with disease / infection outbreak management. ● Pre-employment Fitness for Task and Safety Critical Work Ser-vices: ● Periodic Medicals ● Return to work medicals where applicable ● Baseline Health Surveillance Assessments ● Workplace Assessments and Diagnostics (at request) o Assessments Relating to Workplace Adjustments for Hearing and Sight Impairment. o Support with Dyslexia Workplace Needs Assessments. o Support with Autism Workplace Needs Assessment. o Support with Dyspraxia Workplace Needs Assessment o Support with ADHD Workplace Needs Assessment. o Ergonomic Assessment and Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessments. o Workplace Needs Assessment. o Learning Difficulty Diagnosis. ● Education and Awareness Programmes ● Support with private therapy and medical referrals ● Service implementation The total value of the contract will be dependent on the volume of services required throughout its term.
