2	Commercial and Industrial Property Value: £560K Buildings owned by the Policyholder or for which they are responsible for renting or leasing to tenants for Industrial and Commercial use and including Landlords Contents. Buildings shall also incorporate land, roads, culverts, excavations and is extended to include Accidental Damage.The definition of Property also includes Tenants Improvements and property in the open to the extent of the Policyholder’s responsibility
3	Leasehold Right to Buy Value: £420K Leasehold Properties comprising of leasehold private, maisonettes and flats owned by the Policyholder or for which they are responsible including contents of the common parts of communal housing properties.Buildings shall also incorporate land, roads, culverts, excavations and is extended to include Accidental DamageThe definition of Property also includes Tenants / Leaseholder Improvements and property in the open to the extent of the Policyholder’s responsibility
