The deadline for EOIs is Wednesday 1st November 2023 16:00pm. The ICB would welcome the opportunity for potential providers to complete the EOI, so they are able to ascertain the current provider market. This information will inform & assist them in forming their commissioning intentions for both services with the potential to proceed to a formal procurement process. The ICB is only seeking EOIs from Providers who are genuinely capable & attracted to this potential opportunity. Only express an interest if you have the relevant authority to do so. If only one EOI is received, this may inform the lead commissioner that a procurement is not required & no further call for competition will be made. If a procurement tender process is conducted, full details of how to access the tender will be advertised in line with national requirements at that time & also be provided to any provider who has responded to this call for EOIs.
