Description
LB Enfield is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the delivery of servicing, responsive maintenance and undertaking annual Landlord’s Gas Safety Records (LGSR) heating safety checks, servicing, and responsive repairs for domestic gas heating installations, and ad-hoc replacement of domestic boilers, heating systems and similar heat sources such as Electrical Heating Systems, Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), under two Lots as follows: • Lot 1 – Domestic Gas Heating Servicing and Maintenance Contract (North Area) • Lot 2 – Domestic Gas Heating Servicing and Maintenance Contract (South Area)

Lot 1 – Domestic Gas Heating Servicing and Maintenance Contract (North Area) to delivery of servicing, responsive maintenance, undertake an annual Landlord’s Gas Safety Records (LGSR) heating safety checks, servicing, and responsive repairs for domestic gas heating installations, and ad-hoc replacement of domestic boilers, heating systems and similar heat sources such as Electrical Heating Systems, Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) LB Enfield is following a one - stage Open procurement procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to procure the new Contracts. It is likely that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 will apply to this Contract. Bidders are advised to seek their own advice regarding the implications of TUPE. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement and not to proceed with the Contracts at any stage of the procurement process. The Contracting Authority also reserves the right not to award any or all of the Contracts. Neither the Contracting Authority nor any person on whose behalf of whom this procurement is undertaken is to be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for the contracts.
