Description

The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase foundry services from a dedicated Silicon Carbide Wafer foundry (combining process integration and manufacturing capabilities) for SiC Devices fabrication and processing. The required service will be 3.3kV MOSFET Prototype fabrication which includes the design cycle, mask making, a wafer pipe cleaner processing and 10 wafers fabrication.
