Description
Tenders are invited for the supply of works and services in respect of providing a fully managed service including income collection, cleaning, maintenance, and all other operational costs, with the opportunity to also provide installation of payment entry systems for two sets (location ‘options’) of Public Conveniences located across the East Lindsey District Council region, as identified herein.
Lot Division
1 | Installation of Payment Entry Systems and Management of Public Conveniences
Lot 1 – The supply and installation of payment entry systems including associated servicing and responsive maintenance repairs, plus the provision of a fully managed service for the operation of the Public Conveniences identified. Full details of each lot can be found in Appendix A (Specification and Lot Details). Tenders are invited for the supply of works and services in respect of providing a fully managed service including income collection, cleaning, maintenance, and all other operational costs, plus the installation of payment entry systems for two sets (location ‘options’) of Public Conveniences located across the East Lindsey District Council region, as identified herein. Bidding on location Option 1 is mandatory, and we are only accepting tenders for Lot 1 on this option.Bidding for location Option 2 optional, and is subject to Council approval and the inclusion within this tender exercise provides the ability to submit a Business Case based on true costings to seek Council approval. |
2 | Management of Public Conveniences

Renewal Options
This contract is 4+4+4.At the expiry of the initial 4 year term, there is the option to extend for two subsequent 4 year periods, giving a potential total contract length of 12 years. Full details of each location option can be found in both the ITT document and Appendix A (Specification and Lot Details).
