We need a supplier who can identify our deeper needs, design, and deliver a comprehensive organisation-wide learning and development solution, and provide strategies and tools to practice and embed intentionally inclusive and anti-racist behaviours across our organisation.The solution needs to include topics such as anti-racism, racial equity, social justice, civility, cultural intelligence, and active bystander and inclusion as a minimum.
