Description

River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a company to undertake ad-hoc cleaning and specialist estate works for properties under our control. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to: -Trauma Cleaning -Sharps Removal -Graffiti Removal -Removal of Fly Tipping -Common Area & Garden Cleans -Close Cleaning -Standard Cleans -Deep Cleans A detailed specification in relation to what is required for each work item is provided within the tender document.

Renewal Options

The contract will run for an initial 2-year period. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for a further 2, 12 month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
