Student Attendance & Campus Usage System

Total Quantity or Scope

Ulster University wishes to address risks and make major improvements in the areas of: - i) Student Attendance ii) Classroom Occupancy To this end the University wishes to appoint a supplier to provide, implement and maintain an electronic solution which will give the University the ability to capture, track and monitor attendance. It also requires a solution which will capture and display classroom occupancy. Additional information: The estimated total value stated above in Section II.2.6 includes the initial 3 year contract period from Go-Live and the option to extend the contract for any periods up to and including 60 months. The University reserves the right to modify this contract, under Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, further information can be obtained from the tender documentation.

Renewal Options

It is anticipated the contract will be for three (3) years initially from Go-Live, with an option to extend for any periods up to and including sixty (60) months.
