The service will provide the full range of primary medical care services through an APMS contract. The contract term will be 3 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 36 months, with services scheduled to commence on 1st September 2024. NHS Devon is aware that the current provider in Exeter also delivers services under a subcontracting arrangement with Humankind.
