Hastoe Housing Association (the client) the client is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor in the two areas of the Eastern region of England (West area is W & Mid Suffolk, Kings Lynn, E Cambs, Essex, Huntingdon and East Area which is - E Suffolk, W & S Norfolk, Breckland) for its repairs and maintenance services including the following work streams: - Responsive Repairs - Void works - Aids & Adaptations - Minor Projects To cover predominately residential tenanted dwellings owned and/or managed by the client.
