Description

The Buckinghamshire Grammar Schools (TBGS) is a company set up by the 13 grammar schools in Buckinghamshire in order to commission, manage and administer the Buckinghamshire Secondary Transfer Test which is used to determine the suitability of children for a place at a Buckinghamshire grammar school. The purpose of this notice is to notify the market of TBGS' intention to undertake pre-procurement market engagement prior to commencing procurement activity to appoint suitably qualified supplier(s) to deliver the required services.

Lot Division

1 Secondary Transfer Test Provision

The Buckinghamshire Secondary Transfer Test is taken by approximately 10,000 children each year at the start of the Autumn term when they are in Year 6. Pupils take the test at their own primary school or at one of the grammar schools. The Services TBGS is seeking are: Secondary Transfer Test Provision: TBGS requires tests to determine suitability for grammar school. This is expected to include test development, printing and delivery of test papers, marking and producing results data.
2 Test Administration Services

The Buckinghamshire Secondary Transfer Test is taken by approximately 10,000 children each year at the start of the Autumn term when they are in Year 6. Pupils take the test at their own primary school or at one of the grammar schools. The Services TBGS is seeking are: Test Administration Services: TBGS requires test administration services including test registration, issuing results, reviews and communications with parents and schools/test centres.
