Following a procurement process in 2013, the University of Sussex entered into a Joint Venture with a Facilities Management provider, which led to the creation of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), called Sussex Estates and Facilities (SEF), set up for the purpose of delivering Total Facilities Management (TFM) to the University.
