Description
Structural underpinning is required to level out the single storey extension at Shifford Lock House, OX18 2EJ. Two solutions have been provided for the foundation remedial works; contractors can provide costs for either or both option. Refurbishment work is required to make good the internal defects that have occurred as a result of subsidence. A full list of works can be found in the attached documents; note that we are currently arranging a R&D asbestos survey of the affected areas and this can be provided on request or once work has been awarded.
