Description

The Association of North East Councils Limited trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for External Training. The resulting solution will provide Contracting Authorities with access to a diverse range of Providers capable of providing Training services across a wide range of disciplines. The future DPS will directly replace the existing NEPO514 External Training Provision solution, which expires on 31 January 2024. The Solution is being established as a 'Dynamic Purchasing System' (DPS) using a flexible approach based on the concept of Regulation 34 via Schedule 3, under the principles set out in Regulation 74-77 ('The Light Touch Regime').
