Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Frameworks and DPS agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. EEM is conducting this tender exercise to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) consisting of Specialist Building Materials to support our membership. Suppliers can select single, multiple or all Product Groups when completing their DPS application and will need to consider the services they can offer when completing their DPS application.

EEM Ltd have changed portal provider and have moved our Specialist Building Materials DPS from the existing Geometra Systems portal to our new Delta eSourcing portal https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ (https://www.deltaesourcing. com/) . Approved Suppliers on our DPS will be transferred over to Delta and can access the DPS to confirm they want to remain on it using Delta access code: 5RAED4FYHC and selecting to remain on the DPS. Suppliers who are not on our DPS but are interested in applying can submit an application to join by completing the DPS Application Questionnaire that you can access on the Delta portal using access code: VZ9W546956. All other details regarding this DPS remain as previously advertised under the original contract notice and previous corrigendum notices.
