Norfolk County Council (as Administering Authority for the Norfolk Pension Fund), on its own behalf and on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council (as Administering Authority of the Cheshire Pension Fund, Dumfries and Galloway Council (as Administering Authority of the Dumfries and Galloway Pension Fund), Glasgow City Council (as Administering Authority of the Strathclyde Pension Fund) and Leicestershire County Council (as Administering Authority of Leicestershire Pension Fund) wish to let a multi-lot, multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of Additional Voluntary Contribution Services and Consultancy Services Associated with Additional Voluntary Contributions primarily in support of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
Lot Division
1 | Additional Voluntary Contribution Services The LGPS has a regulatory responsibility to offer an AVC facility for its scheme members. Each fund administers the LGPS for significant numbers of employers and multiple payroll providers. This lot is to provide a replacement or an additional AVC facility for LGPS funds . Additional information: Contracts awarded under Lot 1 of the framework may have a maximum total duration of 20 years. No contract awarded from the framework will be permitted to extend beyond 21 March 2048. |
2 | Consultancy Services associated with Additional Voluntary Contributions To provide a wide range of advisory services in relation to Additional Voluntary Contribution Services. Additional information: Contracts awarded under Lot 2 of the framework may have a maximum total duration of 4 years. No contract awarded from the framework will be permitted to extend beyond 21 March 2032. |
