The Trust is seeking to enter an overall four-year contract with a two-year initial period and option to extend for 2 x 12-month periods (subject to satisfactory performance), with a single supplier who will demonstrate technical competency and best value for money and to provide all requirements in relation to the Trust Cleaning Service needs. The primary objective for the Trust is to establish an effective, efficient program of regular and periodical deep cleaning, which ensures the safety, hygiene and cleanliness of the Trust buildings.
